A) COLLEGE OF METAPHYSICAL STUDIES/TEMPLE of LIGHT
All classes and services are held at the CMS Clearwater campus, 18514 US 19 N. (Just south of Nursery Rd). All CMS classes are based on a 6-session plan (6-weeks on and 1-week off). Payment will be $15 per weekly class session with $45 payable at registration and $45 due every 3rd week unless otherwise specified. Special financial arrangement can be made, in advance, on a case-to-case basis. June 11-24, 2008 – RITES OF PASSAGE: A COUNTRY COTTAGE IN ENGLAND
This year we will be staying in a lovely cottage in the country near all of the sacred sites and charming villages in southwest England. We are opening this retreat up to a small group of travelers for two weeks, exploring this magical area in our own vehicle and getting to know the people there. This is a very special adventure and will allow us to visit the most powerful sites and set our own schedules each day. We do know that we will be going to Glastonbury, Avebury, the Chalice Well, Marlborough, Salisbury, Stonehenge and the Cornish coast. In addition, we will visit some of the most important crop circles in England and investigate the truths of these remarkable and mysterious designs. There will be time to visit country villages in Wiltshire and Somerset, shop at colorful markets and meet local people. We will go to Broadstairs in Kent and participate in a ceremony in the remarkable Shell Temple there. We will spend three days in Cornwall, seeing the coast, walking through Tintagel, King Arthur's home, seeing the Bodmin Moor stones, Merlin's Cave, Mount St. Michael and more. Each day, you will have your own personal quiet time, time to reflect, to meditate, and to connect with the ancient and mystical energy of Avalon.
