To me, this lawsuit has been over since June 2010; however, the bank and it's lawyer never seem to give up despite the overwhelming information about bank fraud that is coming out everywhere. Again, and this is to everyone, virtually ALL commercial mortgages transacted within the past ten or more years are fraudulent! There should be nearly ZERO foreclosures if people were smart enough not to be scammed by the banks and their attorneys. Their gig is up; and it's only through ignorance of the truth that their charade is able to continue.

FYI, I now have in writing from the bank that which was admitted in court in March of last year: they "lost" the original note. Folks, they would never lose anything as valuable as a negotiable promissory note. They are used like checks, i.e., Pay to the order of _______________, and then transferred again and again to unscrupulous buyers who have no lawful standing to foreclose...ever!

Stand up for your rights, and don't expect them to tell you the truth. Fraud has always been covered up by liars hoping to gain from the ignorance of others, which is a big part of the legal game, though even many lawyers are starting to tell the truth. Wake up!

...Let me publicly add what I have said in other affidavits. I do not seek anything other than justice WITH MERCY. I do not wish the lawyers, the judge, or even the bankers any ill. I will never treat any of them with contempt, because they are my bothers and sisters in Spirit, whether or not they know that to be true. If anyone repents, and turns away from his or her lies, he or she is to be forgiven as if they had never done anything wrong. That does not mean that if recompense is to be made, it should be overlooked. All karmic accounts must be balanced to the extent possible, even with mercy applied. Justice is not punitive, it is restorative.
